Commissioning and training:
Our services do not end after the sales are done. We are with you throughout the use of your equipment. We begin by providing the necessary training for the commissioning of the machine. Our team will mount the machine, will participate in field sampling and will offer the necessary training for optimal use.

Warranty:
Because our products are reliable, we offer a 24 month warranty. This is offered if the operating parameters are respected and if the interventions are made by authorized personnel.

Service:
Because we know how important it is to receive an immediate answer to your problems, we are ready to respond immediately and intervene within 24h-48h service requirements. Being the ones who have designed and produced the machine, we are the ones who can offer the best solutions for fixing any situation.
If necessary, we can replace the equipment during the time we are resolving the situation our client is facing.
