Corporate Governance Rules
Corporate Governance is the set of rules provided by the Constitutive Act, Traditions and Behavioral Models of the Management of S.C. Mecanica Ceahlau S.A., aiming to ensure that its objectives will be achieved and the resources of the company used responsibly.
For a continuous improvement and transparency of its own corporate governance system, S.C. Mecanica Ceahlau S.A. adhere to the Corporate Governance Code of the Bucharest Stock Exchange and voluntarily apply the provisions of the Code, insofar as these do not contravene the legal provisions applicable to the Company.
